Xclusiv Productions was founded by Weston Richey with one simple goal: create content that actually tells a story. What started as a passion quickly became an obsession with helping businesses, entrepreneurs, and brands communicate who they are through cinematic visuals. Every project became another opportunity to learn, improve, and build something bigger than just a production company.
2021
Built on Brotherhood
After years of friendship, Chris Hinckley made the decision to leave his career in engineering and join Weston as a business partner. It wasn't just a career change. It was a leap of faith. Combining Weston's creative vision with Chris's systems-minded approach, the two built Xclusiv Productions side by side, turning a growing media company into a true business built on trust, loyalty, and a shared vision.

As the company continued to grow, so did the opportunities. From local businesses to national brands, our team traveled across the country producing commercial campaigns, documentaries, brand films, podcasts, real estate media, construction content, and social campaigns. Along the way, we've completed more than 500 projects, proving that great storytelling works in every industry.
